Robert Lovein began his legal career on the East Coast over 20 years ago at Syracuse College of Law, where he was a research assistant to the Dean, a tutor, and an Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. He spent a summer in London, England clerking for a Barrister whose focus was defending people charged with white collar crimes. During Mr. Lovein's third year of law school he was a visiting student at the University of San Diego School of Law. In 1997, Mr. Lovein entered private practice working for a defense firm defending the nation's largest insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, and public entities against construction defects, employment disputes, discrimination claims, catastrophic personal injury claims, and wrongful death. Over the last decade, Mr. Lovein has primarily litigated construction disputes, business disputes, employment disputes, catastrophic personal injury claims, and wrongful death claims.
