Mr. Baruch graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1972. He then attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he received a Juris Doctor in 1976. Mr. Baruch was admitted to practice law in California in 1979 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
Dedicated to the furtherance of his profession, Mr. Baruch is actively involved in multiple legal organizations. He is the former president of the Newport Harbor Bar Association and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Orange County Bar Association.
